Discover our trajectory

Concerned about social inequality in Brazil and around the world, Grupo Univers was created in 2007 as a social innovation company developing methodologies that help organizations transform the territory and communities, ensuring more sustainable developments.

At that time, concerns related to Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG), social responsibility, creative economy and sustainable development were not yet common in companies.

However, sustainable development began to be known in companies, which made it possible to carry out social projects that impact thousands of people.

2007
Univers Group is founded by Eduardo Pane under the name of Univers Cultural, carrying out projects in the areas of culture and social area.

2008

Grupo Univers é fundado por Eduardo Pane com o nome de Univers Cultural, realizando projetos nas áreas de cultura e área social.

2009

Grupo Univers é fundado por Eduardo Pane com o nome de Univers Cultural, realizando projetos nas áreas de cultura e área social.

2010
Operations started at its new headquarters in São José dos Campos. The company is renamed Grupo Univers, expanding its operations to the areas of Communication, Social Responsibility and Creative Economy. Lucimara Correa becomes part of the company.
2011
Univers Group begins expanding its activities to Europe by holding the first training course in Joensuu, Finland.
2012
Carrying out of the project Youth in Traffic Education for Traffic in partnership with the city hall of São José dos Campos.
2013
Realização do projeto Jovem no Trânsito de Educação para o Trânsito em parceria com a prefeitura de São José dos Campos.
2014
The company idealizes and approves the Young Protagonists Agency project for Associação Celebreios, sponsored by Petrobras.
2015
Univers Group is invited by UNICEF to carry out a training course in Africa – São Tomé and Príncipe.
2016
Grupo Univers é convidado pelo UNICEF para a realização de uma formação na África – São Tomé e Príncipe.
2017
Grupo Univers is invited to hold training courses in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA.
2018
Univers Group moves to new, more spacious headquarters for staff and customer and partner service. In the same year, the company is invited to carry out training actions in the city of Luanda, Angola.
2019
The maternal entrepreneurship platform called Mae que Faz was created.
2020
Starts the E-Criativo project, training more than 1600 professionals in the areas of creative economy, resulting in fundraising for project proponents.
2021
The company starts the incubation process of the startup WeAlter.
2022
Univers Group’s internal project is selected to be incubated by NEXUS. Grupo Univers starts the digital presence project and starts the reformulation of the Portuguese and English versions of the site.
2023
Univers Group starts activities in Portugal through the mission of new ventures in Europe.
